We're open 7 days a week, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday through Sunday). Training sessions are by appointment. Public holiday availability is assessed on a case-by-case basis — feel free to contact us to confirm. Book an appointment →
We recommend all dogs be up to date on their C5 vaccination; however, we understand every dog's health journey is unique. If your dog is in the process of completing their vaccination schedule, has medical exemptions, or is on a modified protocol advised by your vet, please let us know — we're happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis. Proof of vaccination or a veterinary letter is appreciated prior to the first visit.
We also strongly encourage all dogs to be on a current flea and tick prevention program. Keeping your dog protected not only safeguards their health but helps ensure a clean, comfortable environment for every dog in our care. We welcome both intact and spayed/neutered dogs. However, all dogs must demonstrate appropriate behaviour and social temperament to participate safely in our programs. Female dogs in heat cannot attend daycare, group training, or boarding during their cycle. In some cases, intact dogs may require an evaluation before being accepted into group settings to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care. Book an evaluation →

All breeds are capable of protection training as long as they are able to demonstrate confidence and strong advanced obedience. Common protection breeds include Belgian Malinois, German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, and Dobermans. We assess each dog's temperament individually prior to commencing such program.
